Image Downloads

Image downloading is an option for all plans. Large image downloads are only available with client access.

Large Image Downloads

Large image downloads are available with Client access. Standard access provides medium-sized image downloads (maximum 1,800 pixels width or height).

Standard Access

Jobs can be set up with standard, client or standard + client access. Standard access provides all options with medium-sized image downloads (maximum 1,800 pixels width or height).

Client Access

Client access allows large image downloads for a specific client. Multiple clients can be set up for the same job.

Viewer Comments

When enabled, viewers can enter comments for the photographer on individual images. Comments will show up with images after a favorite list is sent to the photographer.

Color Themes

Six customized color themes are included as an option for each job, from white to black. When integrated into a SiteWelder site, the colors from the SiteWelder design options can work seamlessly into PicProofs.

Custom Logo & Branding

Personal logos can be uploaded and used and integrated into your PicProofs site along with other branding customization.

Bio / Contact Page

A customized page can enhance branding and personal information, along with a built-in contact form.

Mobile Display Optimization

PicProofs displays in optimized format for users who view your job on their phone. An easy and clear interface makes it simple to view your images, make favorites and download and make comments for you to see.

Secure Access

Secure Password Access

Your job is securely connected with a unique access code for each of your jobs. For standard access, users will be prompted to enter their email address to identify them and save their image favorites. If client access is added, an additional unique client access password will appear for the client to be able to download large image files.

Multiple Galleries

Multiple Image Galleries

Create as many galleries as you wish for each job. Links to your different galleries will appear on each page for easy access. In the SiteManager, you can easily change the sort order for displaying the galleries.

Favorites

Selected Image Favorites

As your users view your jobs, they can mark each image as a favorite. A "View Favorites" button appears on the top right of the galleries to take them to their favorited images.

Favorites Downloads

Image Favorites Downloads

After your visitor selects images as favorites, they can download them together on the Favorites page,where they can also enter an optional message.

When they download the images, they are assembled together as a .zip file and downloaded to the user's computer. You will receive an email notification with a list of the images, the image file names and any optional image comments.

User Favorites Notifications

When one of your visitors downloads images or sends an email request on the Favorites page, an email will be sent to you along with the selected images, original file names and any image comments.

Favorites Icon Options

You can choose the favorites icon for your job, using either a checkbox or a heart.

Landing Page Options

You can choose different designs for the entry page of each job. Options include a full-screen image, an image with gallery thumbnails and an entry page with all of the image thumbnails from your job. Your job name and any optional instructions will appear as text overlays on the page.

Detailed Online Help

PicProof's SiteManager is easy and intuitive to use, with multiple help icons for different sections as well as a detailed and extensive help section, ranging from advice about uploading images to options for job access and other topics.
